Since it opened in 1968, the restaurant's aim has been to delight its guests.
The dining room, next to a cosy open fire, and the magnificent garden facing the hotel, provide a pleasant setting in which to enjoy genuine local cuisine, prepared using quality, mostly local, produce.
Depending on the season, traditional regional dishes are on offer, such as cabri, roast suckling pig, trout and whole fish from the local fishery.
The wine list, familiar to regulars and discovered by visitors, offers a range of vintages that will appeal to initiates and neophytes alike. It is the result of a long collaboration between Félicien Balesi and Nicolas Stromboni (best wine merchant in France 2011), who over the years have selected and cellared a varied range of Corsican, French and some foreign wines. This oenological adventure continues every year, enriching the diversity of the selection.
Open Tuesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes, all year round except August
During August open every evening and from Wednesday to Sunday lunchtime
