A strada di Rinucciu" path in Serra di Scopamena
The "A strada di Rinucciu - In the footsteps of Rinucciu" trail is an invitation to combine geography and history. In the footsteps of Rinucciu della Rocca, discover the summit of A Punta di a Cucciurpula from where you can admire a 360° panorama of the Alta Rocca.

San Gavino di Carbini - Gualdariccio - Carabona - Zonza - San Gavino di Carbini
A country loop offering charming shady passages under oak and chestnut forests, and discovering the heritage of the churches of Gualdariccio and Carabona, and the remains of the Pian di Santu mill.

Quenza - Serra di Scopamena - Sorbollano
A country trail (one way) with beautiful ridge sections, panoramic views over the Alta Rocca and a rich heritage of Romanesque chapels, water mills and mountain sheepfolds.

Serra-di-Scopamena - Aullene - Serra-di-Scopamena
A country loop offering magnificent views of the region, linking the villages of Serra-di-Scopamena and Aullène. The Punta di a Cucciurpula (1,164 m) can be reached in an extra hour round trip from the Col d'Arghja La Foce.

Zonza - Quenza
Local trail (one way) with pleasant stretches along the water, past the Pian di Santu mill and magnificent views of the Aiguilles de Bavella.

Altagene - Punta di Sarrado - Altagene
A country loop offering panoramic views at an altitude of 1033 metres, where you can discover the surrounding peaks thanks to an orientation table.

Cumpuleddu - "The hole in the bomb
A pleasant walk through a forest of laricio pine leads to the Trou de la Bombe, a 'tafonu' named Cumpuleddu, a natural curiosity created by erosion. The approach to the 'tafonu' is a little perilous and requires great caution. Once at the foot of the Cumpuleddu, please do not climb the hole.

Monte Santu in Sari
A walk through the maquis with breathtaking views of the Aiguilles de Bavella and the area around Sari.

Tallano - Altagene - Tallano
A country looping route through the villages of the ancient Pieve d'Attalà, offering shady passages and a chance to discover the vernacular and religious heritage.

Piscia di Ghjaddu
Wind your way under the maritime pines, overlooking the river and taking in the sublime panoramas between the sea and the mountains. At the end of the trail, take in the view of Corsica's highest waterfall and the east coast.
You can complete part of the itinerary by taking the "variant" or do the original route as a return trip.

Oscillating Rock
A breathtaking hike in an almost "arid" environment, with a lunar atmosphere and a passage in front of a rock balanced on a granite mass. This is the gateway to the Cuscionu plateau.

Funtana di i Vagnali in Sari
One itinerary (or two if you only want to do the short loop) between village and scrubland to discover the places and vernacular heritage that counted for so much just a few decades ago and the breathtaking viewpoints.

Cucuruzzu and Capula
The tour is well laid out and takes you around the two archaeological sites of Cucuruzzu and Capula, one after the other (about an hour's walk and two hours for a full visit).
The Casteddu de Cucuruzzu is one of the most important Bronze Age (2nd to 1st millennium) monumental sites in the Alta Rocca region. Continuing on through the undergrowth, you come to the medieval site of Casteddu de Capula: this site allows visitors to identify the various island cultures that flourished on the same site. Occupied since the Bronze Age, it was later at the heart of feudalism.
The tour is guided by audio-guides, or by a guide reserved for groups. It is advisable to combine this visit with one to the Levie archaeological museum, where you can see many of the objects found on site.

Poggio di Tallano
On a section of the Mare a Mare Sud, a multi-stage itinerary that crosses the Alta Rocca from one end to the other, this short out-and-back walk takes in the Romanesque chapel of San Ghjuvanni Battista, set in a setting of olive trees.
