ARAVENA FARM

In Loreto-di-Tallano, the Aravena Farm was founded as part of Amandine’s project. Her Corsican goats rear their kids and graze freely in the maquis. There, she turns their milk into authentic farmhouse goat’s cheeses, sold directly to customers and through local supply chains in shops in Propriano.

Useful information

Located in Loreto-di-Tallano, Ferme Aravena was founded during lockdown, born out of the passion of Amandine, a young goat farmer based in the heart of the Corsican maquis.

Her herd of Nustrale goats roams freely all year round in the wild. Fed on local flora, her goats produce rich, fragrant milk, shaped by the local terroir.

Amandine processes this milk on the farm to make artisanal goat’s-milk cheeses, produced in accordance with traditional methods and with respect for animal welfare.
