WELCOME :
Welcome, inform and advisor to provide visitors with a personalised, well-informed holiday plan, available before, during and after their visit.
PROMOTE :
Promote the destination in enhancing your expertise to enhance the region's appeal. Develop services that promote a wide range of partnerships and raise the profile of the region.
ASSIST :
Support and advisor tourism stakeholders, advise them and manage the Tourinsoft database.
COMMUNICATE :
Affirming competitiveness and visibility to promote the region's tourism offer through the design of publications (the Tourist Guide), press relations, the website, social networks and newsletters.
TRAINING :
Membership of the FROTSI (Fédération Régionale des Offices de Tourisme) means that you can attend courses throughout the year on the following topics training specific (social web strategy, tourist tax, legal knowledge, website referencing, etc.)
