The port of Solenzara, the «Port des Aiguilles de Bavella», occupies a central position in the heart of the town of Sari-Solenzara. Fully integrated into the environment, it offers a wide range of services and activities throughout the season. The on-site nautical professionals can organise memorable sea outings and excursions departing from Solenzara.
Managed by the local council, the marina is within easy reach of all the village's shops and services, just 200 metres away. Situated at the mouth of the Solenzara river, it is naturally sheltered from the north-easterly, easterly and westerly winds.
Its strategic position in the Mediterranean makes it an ideal stopover for sailors. Ideally located between Bastia and Bonifacio, the port has 450 berths spread over 8 piers and 5 quays. Its 2.5-hectare basin has a maximum draught of 3 metres, providing optimum accommodation for vessels of all sizes.
The harbourmaster's office, located to the west of the port, is close to the pontoons, shops and car parks. The eastern breakwater has been raised to improve safety and mooring conditions for both winter and seasonal calls.
