The Sainte-Lucie-de-Tallano Regional Media Centre is hosting the «Setting a Children’s Book to Music» workshops, led by Annik Meschinet, a musician and teacher.
Linked to the story of an illustrated book, these workshops on sound, voice, rhythm and movement encourage children to discover various musical instruments such as bells, maracas, flutes, whistles, chimes, xylophones and tambourines.
The story, told by the facilitator, is enriched by a variety of sound, vocal and rhythmic exercises, enabling the young participants to engage with the themes of the narrative.
These workshops are aimed at children aged 3 to 6 who cannot yet read, accompanied by an adult.
