For over ten years, L'Alba has been reviving the somewhat forgotten instrumental tradition of island groups, while evolving towards a more contemporary style and preserving the heritage of polyphonic voices.
On their latest concept album, GRILLI, the band present their vision of Corsican music. Polyphony is at the heart of the work, following in the footsteps of their previous album À PRINCIPIU, blending inspiration from the island with «Corsican cabaret song» style compositions.
