In Sarra di Scopamena, the exhibition «Au temps des arbres» brings together paintings by Philippe Deltour, a visual artist, and photographs by Geneviève Michon.
Through their works, the two artists tell a threefold story: that of ancient trees, nourishing trees and trees that have shaped civilisation. An invitation to discover Corsica’s living heritage in a new light, through the sensitive eyes of two artists.
Conceived as an extension of the «Lire le Monde» festival and as an off-season event within the Scoprà u vivu programme of events, the exhibition will run from Sunday 2 to Thursday 20 August 2026 at the church and the Moulin de la Chjaspula.
The opening will take place on Thursday 6 August 2026 at 6.00 pm, on the Place de l’Église.
