The Rencontres d’Audde festival returns for its 17th edition, from 30 July to 14 August 2026 in Aullène.
The village comes alive with the spirit of Corsican culture, community and traditions through a packed programme combining exhibitions, talks, theatre, Corsican songs, book launches, crafts and opportunities to socialise.
This edition also continues to forge links with Sardinia.
The Rencontres d’Audde are organised by the Nanzi e Oghji Association.

Registration is compulsory for the Corsican soup and the basket-weaving workshop.

Thursday 30 July
2.00 pm – Preparation At the village hall, preparation – peeling and chopping – of Corsican soup with Francesca Desideri.
7.00 pm – Social soup evening: Tasting of Corsican soup, cold meats, cheese and panzarotti.

Friday 31 July
A MANDRACA SFUMA A MUREDDA With Francesca Desideri, in the Corsican tradition.

Monday 3 August
From 2 pm to 7 pm – Exhibition at the village hall, featuring drawings and paintings by Frédéric Magnan, photographs by Hervé Baudat and illuminated manuscripts by Christine Saussois Benedetti.
2.00 pm to 7.00 pm – Basket-weaving workshop: Come to the village hall to weave a «Fattoghja» with Patricia Mendez. Book by calling 06 77 09 11 85.
9.00 pm – Corsican songs evening at the church square, featuring Nicolas Goti, Marc André Goti, Patrick François Santini and Sébastien Tramoni.

Friday 14 August
5.00 pm – Lecture at the village hall: Ghjasippina Giannesiani, an anthropologist specialising in Corsican folk beliefs and rituals.
6.00 pm – Drinks reception to mark the end of the meetings.
