A Vinyasa yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance certification, I offer private yoga sessions in Sainte Lucie and the surrounding area, suitable for all levels. All year round, group classes are also held at the MJC.
Certified in facial yoga, I also offer private coaching to help you look after your skin. This holistic beauty practice helps to prevent or limit skin ageing. I also run private events (birthdays, EVJF...).
With a diploma in reflexology, I offer palm reflexology sessions at the Soins&co beauty centre in the commune.
Prices: Private yoga sessions / Facial yoga / Group yoga classes / Reflexology: from €16 to €160
