Le bassin de 2,5 hectares offre un tirant d\u2019eau maximal de 3,00 m\u00e8tres, particuli\u00e8rement bien prot\u00e9g\u00e9 de la majorit\u00e9 des vents dominants de Nord, Nord-Est et Ouest. La <strong>Capitainerie<\/strong> est situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Ouest du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre portuaire, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate des pannes, commerces et parkings.
