THE LEVIE MEDIEVAL FESTIVAL

The highlight of the Alta Rocca festival, the Levie Medieval Festival invites the public to step back in time in the heart of the village, from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 September 2026. Over the course of three days, parades, processions, street performances, musical entertainment, exhibitions and workshops will immerse Levie in the world of the Middle Ages.

🔸Friday 4 September: doors open at 6 pm, parade from 7 pm, followed by live music in the village centre at 9.30 pm.

🔸Saturday 5 September: doors open at 10.30 am, street performances, exhibitions and activities from 11 am to 7 pm, followed by live music in the village centre at 9.30 pm.

🔸Sunday 6 September: opens at 10.30 am; street performances, exhibitions and activities from 11 am to 5 pm; street show and closing parade from 5 pm.

Throughout the event, visitors will also be able to enjoy exhibitions and children’s workshops in the town hall garden, medieval encampments in the Marangona district, on Rue Sorba and at Place de l’Église, as well as demonstrations and classes in medieval dance. The children’s village will feature traditional games, a medieval escape game, the ‘Tournoi des Loupiots’ and the ‘Belle Roue’.
